I'm Simone Brown — strategist, co-founder, and the operational mind behind Homefront Operations. I met my husband Mike when he was transitioning out of the military, and I saw firsthand just how much falls on a family during a major move or life transition.
I didn't build Homefront because I lived the PCS experience, I built it because I have the business background, the operational drive, the mom/family life relatability, and a deep respect for all families going through a move to know that this service needed to exist.
THE ORIGIN
A gap she knew how to fill.
When I met Mike (as he was transitioning out of the military), I watched how much complexity comes with that kind of move. New city, new civilian life, a hundred pieces to coordinate all at once with very little infrastructure to support you.
I come from a background in business ownership and I've been through moves myself. I know what it takes to coordinate vendors, manage timelines, make decisions under pressure, and execute when there's a lot on the line. What I saw was a community that needed exactly those skills — and nobody was providing them.
So I built Homefront Operations: a real operations team for military and civilian families who deserve more than a checklist. We carry the work. Our clients focus on the rest.
